Taking the next step from chapter leadership, I joined the Northeast regional team to continue to support and organize chapters and events on a national scale. I supported the hosting and organization of both National and Regional conferences. Challenged by the difficulties forced upon by a need to move virtual, my team and I overcame hurdles to uphold and advance the organization.

A small local business I had the pleasure to work alongside with. I was a member of the general staff supporting front and back of house operations. I took an active part in redesigning and supporting a transition in response to a shift of consumer views to indoor dining.

I lead a professional collegiate affinity group as championed my expansion program. The focus of my program was to advance the potential of the chapter through implementing progressive policy, establishing guidelines, and directing new programs. The highlight of my tenure was the implementation of the first chapter-led local conference, dubbed 'Spring Reception'. The experience taught critical skills in conflict management, event planning, budget coordinating, and organization-level leadership.

I worked as the project manager and product owner of a fleet of internal applications that insurance agents utilized in their day-to-day operations. I tackled a variety of projects that capitalized on my diverse background. The highlighted project was the development and integration of a progressive web application dubbed 'Quick-Quote' and presented during the company's annual shareholder event.

I worked directly with New York City Councilmember Peter Koo in his local office. Supported his team through consultation services for local constituents, data management, and logistical support. Worked with a variety of New York City government offices such as the Department of Transportation to resolve constituent issues.

I represented the institution as a student ambassador supporting and assisting prospective and incoming students. I lead and directed educational and informative tours to explore the campus. I gained skills in event planning, presentation capabilities, and team coordination.

I was the acting project manager and research coordinator for a team of five. Prompted by the recent move to work-from-home and BYOD acceptance, Deloitte sponsored my project to investigate and present the impacts of such a sudden industry move. My team and I presented a custom training application supporting comprehensive research and training program.

I was invited to partake in a pan-collegiate consulting challenge on an overnight trip to Boston. Presented with an organization and a prompt, I lead a small team to analyze, prepare, and present a proposal in a limited time-frame. The opportunity tested and grew presentation, solution architecting, and critical thinking skills.

I presented my semester-long research project on the impact of Non-Practicing Entities (NPEs), or commonly known as 'Patent Trolls', on startups. NPEs holds a variety of patents, in anticipation to target R&D companies with litigation attacks in efforts to squeeze money out of them. My research employed data collection, technical writing, and planning & scheduling skills.
